school has started. its my final semester. like so uber fast! and lessons start at 8am everyday 'cept for tuesday. like, oh my goodness. waking up would be sucha BIG problem if not for dar who gives me morning call. thanks dear. :)
FYP has been taking up alot of time. but oh well, every DCP student has to go through this gruelling thingy. farewell to retorting, because shelf life testing has already started. yipee! hope everything will go well, especially the micro results. i pray that there will be no count for our plates. tml, we're gonna finish mass production of our cheese kaya, i'm so lookin' forward to it. then we can finally concentrate on our report. i sincerely hope that both developments will be smooth sailing.
only the first week, and i already missed a lesson. not due to me being lazy alright. we had to finish preparing our micro. sanitizing and getting started takes a freaking long time. fortunately sam aw ordered for us pre-prepared sterile water, peptone water and the plates. i so love these, saves us so much trouble. really expensive though.
