CLS D&D was a blast. So we were like fashionably late, right. We made a ‘grand entrance’ at seven-ish when we were supposed to be at Pan Pacific by six. We made it just in time to hear the director ending his opening speech. The MC was pretty awesome, and the atmosphere in the ballroom was absolutely high! OLDIES that's us vs AFRODIAC led by the AFRO team leader and of course we rocked yeah. :) the food was okie, I loved the prawns and fish the most!
And LAO WU GUI walked away with the 1st prize in the lucky draw. $200 cash + a ipod. So freaking cool la. He was like its so gonna be me. he even buttoned his blazer and put on his retro shades can. And when he shouted his number, then the MC was like YES! Wad in the world man.
After which we adjorned to the reception area for photos! Click, click, click. The flashes were blinding, and my facial muscles became really tired from all the smiling. BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! I so love cam whoring despite my above grumbles. Hehs. Too bad, I did not catch a shot with Daryl and Doug. Owells.
gave the chilling out at The Balcony a miss. another time yeah. Dad was nearby, so he gave me a ride home. so now i'm home. i just realised it took several hours to dress up - the hair and make up, but a mere 30 minutes to strip down and wash up.
